Raw Cow's Milk Cheese

Cow Pie:


A bloomy rind, soft cheese, mild in flavor with a delectable and creamy texture. Cow Pie is most often compared to Camembert.


Grass Stains:

A bloomy rind, soft/crumbly cheese, that is blended with cracked black pepper in its paste and covered with a floral herb blend on its rind. A delicious example of a complex cheese with unique characteristics.

Pub Cheddar:

An eight month minimum age adds a definable flavor profile for this cheddar. Our Pub Cheddar has a creaminess that you won't find elsewhere.

Cheddar Blue:


A twist on our Pub Cheddar.  Hints of bleu permeate the paste, first you'll get cheddar flavor and then you'll finish with bleu.

Telford Tomme:


A washed rind cheese that is semi soft, mild in flavor and has earthy notes in the taste. The black cherry & whey on the washed rind add great color and flavor.  2nd place winner at the 2006 American Cheese Society

Parmesan:



Deliciously smooth hard cheese that has the classic Parm flavor, but a greatly reduced saltiness.

Bavarian Swiss:


A Gold Medal winner in 2006.  Always a winner with customers. 

Think Gouda.  Available both young and aged.

A more aggessive, semi soft/crumbly cheese. The intense bleu is complimented by the dried cherries within.
