We make all our own cheese right here on the farm, you can watch if you like! Our grass-fed Ayrshires produce phenomenal raw milk from our diverse grasslands and living soils. One can make bad cheese from good milk, but you can't make good cheese from bad milk, so we focus on helping our cows and goats produce the best milk possible by making them comfortable and keeping them well nourished.The result? Come on out and taste it for yourself, but if you need a qualifier, we have a Gold medal, 15 blue ribbons, Best of Philly and many red and white ones that support our efforts, so come on down and judge for yourselves!
Cow Pie:

A bloomy rind, soft cheese, mild in flavor with a delectable and creamy texture. Cow Pie is most often compared to Camembert.
Pub Cheddar:

An eight month minimum age adds a definable flavor profile for this cheddar. Our Pub Cheddar has a creaminess that you won't find elsewhere.
Telford Tomme: 

A washed rind cheese that is semi soft, mild in flavor and has earthy notes in the taste. The black cherry & whey on the washed rind add great color and flavor. 2nd place winner at the 2006 American Cheese Society
